SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Product prices do not include the cost of postage. Kindly email us at foundwares.store@gmail.com if you require a shipping quote. After placing your order, you'll receive a shipping payment request in your inbox within 1 business day. Please make payment within 3 business days. A late payment fee of $10 will be applicable thereafter. 

Orders are mailed out every Tuesday and you'll receive a tracking number in your inbox. 

For small to medium objects, shipping generally ranges from $10 - $60 (dependent on weight and size).

For furniture/large objects, shipping via a courier will cost anywhere from $150 - $800 depending on size, location, etc.

For customers located outside of Australia, kindly email us at foundwares.store@gmail.com for a shipping quote before or after your purchase. 

TERMS OF SHIPPING

Please note that courier companies are external to us. While we take care to package items safely, once the item is in transit, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or delays. Any issues that arise with regards to delivery must be addressed directly with the courier service.

Items sent using Australia Post can be insured for a small fee. This is advised for orders containing breakables. Please get in touch with us if insurance is required.

LOCAL PICK UP

Pick up is available from our studio space in Abbotsford, Victoria on Saturday from 11am to 4pm. If you are unable to make it during this time, please get in touch to book an alternative collection time. 

Kindly collect your order within 1 week of purchase. Due to limited space, storage fees will apply thereafter.
